I had no idea.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m midway through the edits on Chapter 4 of <b>The Forked Tongue<\/b>&#8230; and I am overwhelmed by the amount of work that <b><a href=\"http:\/\/redhead-sue.livejournal.com\/profile\" rel=\"friend\">redhead_sue<\/a><\/b> was willing to invest in the course of editing this beast. I expected a few grammatical errors and some typos- but the real boogeymen are bad grammatical\/ typing habits I had no idea I was inflicting on the unsuspecting reader.<\/p>\n<p>Page after page of the same recurring mistakes&#8230;I&#8217;m amazed she did not just throw the whole thing on the fire. She did a lot of work &#8211; <i>good work<\/i> -and I am in her debt. I am also never going to misspell the word &#8220;except&#8221; again, nor will I screw up my punctuation\/ quotation mark interactions. Mea Culpa.<\/p>\n<p>And thank you, Sue.
