The Aristocrats: Go see it.
It’s a documentary about a joke. A joke. Possibly the dirtiest, filthiest, vilest, most mind bogglingly perverse joke ever told. Told again and again in a hundred different ways by the funniest people you can imagine, old amd new. Eddie Izzard, Gilbert Gottfried, George Carlin, Larry Storch, Penn Gilette and Teller, Phyllis Diller, Bob Saget, Robin Williams, Drew Carey, Andy Dick, a mime, more than I could name…
Funny, funny people and an insightful exploration of comedy as culture, subculture and art form.
Trust me. I did not stop laughing for 90 minutes.

I really want to see it, but I don;t think I’ll be able to go on the dates scheduled, because they are “Dillon nights”
*sigh*
well bite my ass – I *know* the director. Paul is a cool guy who a friend at Paramount introduced me to, back when the friend was working on an Ed Wood bio. (we all share an obsession with Ed Wood). Now I have to look him up and see if he’s still sore about the ankle bracelet.
