Sorry to disappoint. I’ve only read six of these. But I’ve also read The Forked Tongue, so can I get a dispensation?
you get an “Amen! Hallelujia!”
And even a “Pass the ammunition!”
Hmmm… maybe if I substutute that for The Complete Works of Shakespeare and recirculate the meme, I can retoactively become relevant…
I’d bet you will love “The Handmaid’s Tale”
Re: you get an “Amen! Hallelujia!”
I would totally support that. It’s a much better read than Shakespear.
You know, I was going to do this meme, but then I started thinking- “who chose these books? And why are these books some kind of indicator of being well read”. And then I got all pissy.
P.S. Ditto on The Handmaid’s Tale. And also The Kite Runner.
