In many ways, I think the acknowledgements deserve more exposure than the work itself does- so I am going to reproduce those thank- you’s here:<\/p>\n
A lot of people contributed to this effort, and there is no way to scale their efforts and importance- without any of them, this book
might never have occurred.<\/p>\n
To begin, I’d like to thank my Swamp Witch<\/b>, Pixie<\/b>, Punk<\/b>, Beggar Child<\/b> and Animal<\/b> -every moment with each of
you was enlightening, and like all enlightenment, beyond price.<\/p>\n
To my sister Gail <\/b>– when you found me and accepted who I had become, this project began.<\/p>\n
